- Assessment and fundraising strategy. What is the case for support? Who are your key stakeholders that will invest in your institution? Who will ask the donors for contributions? Clarity on these questions will be provided to the president, the chief development officer and others critical to the organization’s fundraising success. Strategy will provide guidance on creating systems, staffing structure, timeline and benchmarks for a successful long-term fundraising operation that is specific to your organization.
- Executive Coaching. Are you a CEO in need of some guidance while working with your top donors and board members? Through a series of strategy sessions, role-playing, feedback process and facilitated conversations, you will be ready to work comfortably to achieve philanthropic goals with high net-worth donors. This work can also be tailored to Board of Trustees, Deans, and program staff.
- Major gift strategy & Fundraising. What kind of giving strategy will support your institution in the short-, medium- and long-term? Creation of a targeted major gifts donor strategy to create the foundation of support to your organization, school, or university is essential for long-term stability and growth. Additionally, we will fundraise for your organization utilizing best practices that will set up your organization for long-term success.
- Feasibility Study. What support is available for an upcoming capital project or campaign? A feasibility study will give your organization a realistic snapshot of the amount and type of support that can be solicited at that moment in time.
- Annual giving program creation. Looking to create annual support but not sure how to? Ongoing annual support is essential for all universities, schools, and non-profits. Direct mail, online solicitations, and (potentially) call center operations all require staff and technical expertise. Each area will be assessed to determine how a successful long-term annual giving program can be built and implemented.
- Alumni program creation. How can alumni programs work in synergy with fundraising/advancement operations? Events with alumni are not enough. A school or university alumni program with varying levels of depth can be created to establish greater loyalty to the college but also allow for short- and long-term stewardship of alumni donors.
- Staffing. Which staffing structure is necessary to propel an organization forward? Work with the President/CEO to create a right-sized staff for the organization – which would depend on variables that would be discussed after the strategy is created.
Areas of consulting can be broken down and an initial meeting is strongly suggested to discuss the scope of work and creation of a proposal.
