Rick is a senior fundraising executive with more than 20 years of experience who specializes in securing transformational gifts, managing and refining advancement and alumni affairs operations, creating high performing teams, establishing strong relationships with boards and senior leadership, coaching/mentoring staff at all levels of universities and transforming culture.
Most recently serving as the Vice President of University Relations at Creighton University in Omaha, NE, Rick raised over $250M which led the university to launch the largest comprehensive campaign in addition to overseeing advancement and alumni affairs. Previously, Rick honed his skills in higher education fundraising holding senior level positions at The George Washington University and George Mason University. Rick received his B.S. from Ithaca College and his M.A. from The George Washington University.
